Purchases made through theraliz.com are transactions directly between the customer and Theraliz, not between the customer and Shopify.

Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for product claims, fulfillment, customer service, returns, or other aspects of a transaction between Theraliz and the customer, except to the extent Shopify separately provides a service directly governed by its own terms.

Our collection and processing of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy published on theraliz.com and accessible through our website and checkout.

Because Shopify hosts the store, personal information may also be processed by Shopify and other service providers used for:

Subject to mandatory consumer-protection and jurisdictional rules, disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the competent authorities or courts determined under applicable law.

We do not require customers to waive mandatory consumer rights or submit disputes to a jurisdiction when applicable law does not permit such a requirement.

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
